At Dapwood Furniture, our promise is to handcraft the healthiest furniture possible. We don’t make products that are “wood-like” or made from wood dust and chips. We use real, quality woods and personally inspect all of the raw materials that come to us. We don’t use marketing buzzwords, and we don’t cut corners to make a quick buck. For the past 30 years, we’ve simply made honest furniture in our New Mexico workshop.

Because we care about the next generation. At Dapwood we make every effort to minimize our impact on both people and the planet. We’re committed to sustainability– from using only the finest American hardwoods and urban woods to employing only natural fabrics and finishes. Our values have earned us a status as New Mexico’s first Certified B Corporation in manufacturing. We don’t just talk about being green- we actually do it.

Earth is the only place human beings can call home. Our clients understand that. More and more, we’re exposed to harmful chemicals at work, at school, in the car, and in our water, in our food, even our air. At a minimum, we should decrease our exposure when we are most stationary and vulnerable- in our sleep and in our homes.
